A HIGH INTENSITY BASKETBALL TRAINING / PERFORMANCE CLINIC September 19th from 3:15pm-5:30pm at the CP3 Basketball Academy We will be having a one day high intensity basketball/performance clinic hosted by three of our lead developers Jon Adams, Mike Russell and Coach DQ! The clinic's purpose is to prepare a solid foundation where competitive athletes can reach their maximum potential for next level basketball. Athletes will receive high level intensity training which includes individual speed, agility, and performance training, knowledge of the game, and opportunities to compete with their peers. Our clinic is not designed for everyone, each athlete must possess a certain level of skill and motivation due to being pushed outside their comfort zone.
